Web21 apr. 2009 · I have a '75 K10 with the NP203 transfer case. When I bought the truck it already had a conversion kit in the transfer case. Ever since I have owned it the transfer case has shifter rather hard and finally I decided to try and adjust the linkage. I followed the instructions per the GM shop manual and got a lot of slop out of the shifter.
